Isla individually selects and hand carves each gemstone, reimagining traditional cuts in a world where they really are ‘good enough to eat’.

Often tempted by gemstones with interesting patterns or juicy colours, Isla loves discovering and finding stones that she’s excited by and carves a wide variety; from jasper to cornelian, amethyst to moonstone.

Delicious Stones

  • Frosted

    Inspired by Turkish delight; dusted with icing sugar and glossy on the inside, Isla’s frosted gems are soft and matte on the surface with a juicy looking bite. Pictured is a selection of chalcedony and rose quartz.

  • Juicy Hearts

    Isla loves carving stones that appear almost jelly like when bitten. Pictured is an Indian garnet heart cabochon.

    Lemon quartz, chalcedony, amethyst, smoky quartz & chrysoprase.

  • Faceted

    One of the first gemstones Isla took a bite from was a delicious looking, octagon cut amethyst. Ever since, amethyst has been a favourite for bespoke pieces and has featured in stick pins, pendants and rings.

  • Beneath the surface...

    There’s nothing more satisfying than carving a gemstone and uncovering an even more delicious pattern whilst doing so. Pictured is a beautiful agate gemstone.
