UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and costs £8 per order. Once Isla has wrapped and dispatched your order, this is a next day, insured, tracked service and requires a signature upon receipt.

International orders are sent via DHL Express and costs £45 per order. Orders will be insured up to the item’s value and delivery times will vary depending on the destination, please contact Isla if you would like more information.

All orders are usually dispatched within a week; please email before placing an order if you require more urgent delivery.

 Whilst the majority of pieces are ‘ready to ship’, some pieces are made to order. Please note that for most pieces, it will take up to eight weeks for Isla to hand make and dispatch your jewellery. This can vary so please refer to the estimated lead times in each item's description.

 Please note that all taxes/duties incurred on all orders shipped outside of the UK will be the responsibility of the customer.
