Isla offer returns/refunds on in stock items only. A return can be arranged within 14 days of receipt but the piece must be in it’s original packaging in an unworn condition.

Made to order items are created especially for you and so can only be returned if deemed faulty, please contact Isla within 7 days of receiving your jewellery if you believe this to be the case.

Product descriptions will state whether your piece is ‘in stock’ or ‘made to order’ .

Bespoke commissions are non returnable/refundable.

Please note that all returns will be the responsibility of the customer until they reach Isla and so trackable, insured delivery is recommended and any taxes/duties incurred on returned pieces will be the responsibility of the customer, too.
